Need dog Food I recently lost my job after 7 years. We, as a family have given up a lot of things just to try to stay in our home. The one thing that we have not given up is our pets. We have two Great Danes. They are members of our family, but I am finding it harder and harder to come up with the money to buy them food. Does anyone have any ideas of food donations or assistance to help us? Please contact me if you do. lstull@Rocketmail.com Thank you Submitted By: Tish

Shelter Info I just wanted to give you an FYI... I was looking in my area to see who comes up for local shelters... The Saginaw County Humane Society should be taken off of your list. They do not take in anything. I work with a rescue and for years they have been turning people away. They told me (a few years ago) after finding a stray cat, to take it to the 'pound' and just have it put to sleep. Submitted By: Concerned Citizens

3 cats looking for home Our home has been foreclosed on and we have had to move to a small apartment which doesn't allow cats. We have hung up pictured posters in the neighborhood, put adds in the paper, implored for help from family and friends but have not found homes for them. I currently care for them daily in our old house, in Elkhorn, WI., which has not yet gone up on sheriffs sale but that is scheduled mid Dec. These cats are 5 and 6 years old, two males and one female, and have been wonderful pets!- good with children. Can you help us place them in good homes? Submitted By: Wendy Hall

Need foster shelter in Fl while relocating. To Whom it May Concern. I am in desperate need of temporary foster shelter for my dogs while I relaocate to Fl. I lost my job of 10 years several months ago.I gave up my apartment to move in with a well wishing friend who has now told me it's not working out and GET OUT. Due to my job situation I am very short on money and therefore can not seem to find a place to move to that will allow my dogs. The deposit is very far from reality for me. My dogs are not young dogs they are at least 10 years old and I aquired them as strays when I was still married and had a large piece of property in the country. However my exhusband's parents fronted the funds to purchase that home and I had to let them have it in the divorce settlement. If I can not find a shelter for them I have only 1 other option and that is to have them put to sleep and soon because this so called friend is hounding me everyday to get out. I'm terrified she will call the pound to come and get them as I am out looking for a plac

dog rescue Hello, I am an REO agent and I also own an animal rescue called "Stop Killing Dogs." It"s in Baltimore, MD. I am willing to take on any dogs in need of homes. I wish I could take cats too, but at this point I am only set up to care for dogs. Please let me know how to do this. Also, I will be at REOMAC fall conference so I will try to stop by your booth and say "hello." Gina Gargeu Submitted By: Gina Gargeu

Dogs needing a home I am not seeing any dogs that are needing a home, on the site. Can you send me a link. My fiance and I are currently looking to get a puppy. I am wanting a girl, already fixed. I do not want a large dog but maybe 45 pounds at most (I need to be able to pick it up to put it in my fiance's back seat of his truck...) when full grown. Thanks for the help!
